Alanwar Studio provides technology consulting, software development (Web, App, SaaS), and IT infrastructure services. The specific scope of services for any client project will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom code, designs, and materials created by Alanwar Studio remain with us until full payment is received, at which point rights are transferred according to our service agreement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks. Unauthorized use of our systems is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alanwar Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
